Cleaning Checklists When doing a food sale or event, it is understood that all common areas used by the guests and those serving food will be cleaned up and picked up, trash and empty boxes removed, trash cans emptied to the dumpster behind the Serra Center, all materials brought taken away and tablecloths cleaned if borrowed. Here is more specific information on areas used.
