Welcome!

 

The words "Las Madrinas" means "the godmothers" in Spanish. With our Lady Mary as our patron and guide, all women in the Parish are invited to join us. The Las Madrinas Women's Group (aka the Altar Society) offers many opportunities to share in faith, friendship and service. Founded in 1950 by military wives of the parish, please join us to meet other women in the parish. Socialize, join us for service projects, lend a helping hand. We need you in order to make this year a success!

If you are new to our parish, we extend a heartfelt, "Welcome!" We hope you will consider becoming a Las Madrinas Women's Group member. If you are a past member, we ask that you consider renewing your membership with our community of women. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Membership dues are $10.00 per year.

This calendar features events that support Our Lady of Guadalupe Sports Court/ Parking lot. When completed—hopefully in Spring 2011—this 80,000 square foot facility will provide paved parking for
300+ for weekend Masses. During the week and at other times, it will be marked out for use for sports activities available to our parish children and youth, including those enrolled in our Religious Education Program as well as students at our parish school, Old Mission Montessori.
