We aim to empower our young people to run
their own programs.
These include:
Evening Get-Together ( 2nd, 3rd, 4th Thurs., 6:30 p.m. )
Social Justice Initiatives ( with the elderly, children, the homeless, helping to serve food for the poor )
We give our youth the opportunity of participating in wider religious events:
Youth Day ( Thurs., March 17-Anaheim
Convention Center )
Synergy ( Sat., April 30th-Cathedral high School, San Diego )
Stubenville ( Friday/Saturday, July 29/30-at SDSU )
Camp Emmaus ( Sat./Sun. July 30/31-Core team only )

Following Confirmation, young people are invited to participate in programs designed to build faith
and deepen their love
for the Church.
We aim to empower our young people to run their own programs. These include Evening Get-togethers at the parish on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Thursdays of every month from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m., Social Justice Initiatives with the elderly, children, the homeless and helping to serve food at a local dining room for the poor.
We give our youth the opportunity of participating in wider religious events such as Youth Day (Thursday, March 17th) at the Anaheim Convention Center, Synergy (Saturday, April 30th) at Cathedral High School in San Diego, Steubenville (Friday/Saturday, July 29/30th) at SDSU and Camp Emmaus. (Saturday/Sunday, 30th and 31st July for Core Team only)
Our young people also contribute to the worship life of the parish at Easter, on the Feast of St. Francis and at Christmas when they lead the assembly in prayer and worship.
A high point we hope to offer is an immersion experience over several days with St. Anthony Foundation, San Francisco which serves the poor and homeless of San Francisco. This would take place during the summer at a date to be decided.
